Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant.

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents, assisting with daily living tasks such as showering and dressing, and working closely with the clinical team to ensure care plans are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Support day-to-day activities and social events
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver effective care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Provide exceptional service to families and the community
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for providing care and support to vulnerable individuals
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) and willingness to obtain any necessary certifications
