Job Title: Senior Kitchen Specialist
">The role of Senior Kitchen Specialist is a critical component of our food service operations. As part of the Patient Catering team at Southern Highlands Private Hospital, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals to patients, staff, and visitors.

- Cold Larder Preparation and handling of food according to established protocols">
- Preparation and Cooking of meals that cater to diverse dietary requirements">
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to Food Safety Standards and Hospital Policy">
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations">
- Daily completion of food and safety log sheets">
Requirements for this role include:
">A Certificate in Commercial Cooking or equivalent qualification
">Minimum 12 months experience as a Chef, preferably in a healthcare setting
">Excellent time management and communication skills
">Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
">Strong knowledge of allergy management practices and willingness to continually develop skills and knowledge in this area
">Previous experience working in a multicultural and diverse workplace environment will be highly regarded
