  • Work in conjunction with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and best-practice standards are upheld within the department.
Requirements:
  • Relevant registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years' post-graduate experience in the relevant field is required.
  • Holding a relevant post-graduate qualification or working towards one is essential.
  • The ability to act as a positive role model with excellent communication and delegation skills is vital.
  • A proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care needs is necessary.
