Our law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to fill a challenging role.
Job DescriptionThis opportunity is perfect for a qualified law graduate who has recently completed Practical Legal Training (PLT) or a Solicitor with experience in family law and/or crime.
As part of our team, you will work closely with the Director on various matters, providing expert advice to clients on sensitive issues such as parenting arrangements, property settlements, Binding Financial Agreements, divorce and separation within the family law aspect.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to appear at Magistrates and District Court hearings for Mentions, Sentences and Bail Applications related to criminal law.
To be considered for this position, we require:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise and manage workflow effectively;
- A high degree of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks;
- Superb written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations;
- A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and autonomously working towards goals;
