Warranty Administrator Job Description

Peter Warren Automotive Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team at Warwick Farm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warranty processing and resolution for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage warranty claims from initiation to resolution
  • Verify and validate warranty documentation to ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
  • Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, and workshop foremen to ensure accurate and timely warranty processing
  • Reconcile warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments
  • Arrange for parts shipment and resubmit rejected claims in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate clocking times and parts tagging
  • Facilitate warranty-related issues, including vendor and manufacturer communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field is preferred
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Mechanical knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Ability to provide great customer service and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Ability to work within a team environment with a can-do attitude
