Job Description
In this exciting role, you will work with cross-functional teams to design and implement RPA solutions that create measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our clients, leading end-to-end RPA implementation projects, and collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and develop RPA strategies aligned with their objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading end-to-end RPA implementation projects, including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and develop RPA strategies aligned with their objectives.
  • Providing direction and support enhancement requests to ensure the client automation platforms and automations are resilient.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in implementing and leading RPA projects, preferably as a consultant or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of RPA tools and platforms such as Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide project leadership and technical guidance as part of a collaborative environment.


Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
