Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Communications Professional to lead our external communications and media activities, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily digital channel content planning; contribute to the development, editing, publication, and promotion of high-quality publications; write for various channels including web, social media, speeches, reports, media, website, email newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Maintain daily media relations, arrange media interviews, create and distribute media releases, op-eds, and responses; prepare spokespeople with briefings, key messages, and Q&A monitoring the media inbox and phone; regular reporting.
  • Create and implement a digital strategy, monitor, report, and maintain online presence; use video and photography to create engaging content for external channels; regularly design and produce social media graphics aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Develop accessible web and digital content; update the website; drive continuous improvements.
  • Deliver campaign content and visual assets; manage external contractors; contribute to strategy, content, monitoring, and successful delivery of multichannel campaigns.
  • Contribute to initiatives to raise awareness of the organization and its services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for various audiences and channels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies, preferably in a consumer or customer services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in media liaison, brand and reputation management, identifying, and escalating risk.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, PowerPoint, SharePoint, email marketing tools, web content management systems, and media intelligence software for media monitoring and reporting.
