External Communications Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled External Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key player in policy communication strategy, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure all product communications align with our strategic growth nationally.
- Understand business needs and develop technical print specifications/rules for customer communications.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to achieve customer-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that drive results.
- Establish strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform print proofing of documents post go-live and monitor until closure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and customer communications.
- Excellent collaboration, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Business Analyst and Testing experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Style Guides or CCS (Cascading Style Sheets).
