What You'll Be Doing
  • You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations are also part of your day-to-day tasks, ensuring accuracy and transparency in our financial dealings.
  • End-to-end payroll processing, including superannuation, payroll tax, and work cover, requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Lodgement of superannuation and preparation of P&L/Balance sheet reconciliations are crucial tasks that demand precision and timeliness.
  • Monthly reporting, including cash flow reports, helps our clients make informed decisions about their business operations.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping is essential for this role.
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to learn new systems quickly is critical in today's fast-paced business environment.
  • Prior experience with Accounting software is highly desirable, as it enables you to hit the ground running and contribute to our team's success.
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience in the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, is necessary for producing high-quality reports and documents.
