We are partnering with a renowned Not-For-Profit organisation in Southern Melbourne to provide high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.

Job Description

This Adult Speech Pathologist / Key Worker position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills and deliver therapy in home, educational, or community settings. The successful candidate will work closely with adults with disabilities, their families, and caregivers.

The role involves supporting families in developing their skills, delivering therapy, and building strong partnerships. You will have the flexibility to choose from full-time or part-time options, with a competitive salary and generous PD allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy sessions in various settings
  • Support families in developing skills and strategies
  • Build strong partnerships with adults, families, and caregivers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Therapy or equivalent
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • SPA Membership
What We Offer
