At the heart of our community lies a leadership role that offers full-time hours, working Monday to Friday.

About the Role:
  • This position requires the ability to lead the Meaningful Life program in a care community setting.
  • The successful candidate will develop opportunities for meaningful engagement, purposeful participation, social events and activities for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Meaningful Life program in the Care Community
  • Develop programs to support residents' physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and overall quality of life
  • Drive initiatives including Meaningful Mates and Helping Hands
  • Curate programs to meet residents' cultural, spiritual, social and physical needs and preferences
  • Work together with clinical teams and allied health professions provide a tailored approach for each resident to aid their mobility and independence
  • Coach care team members to deliver meaningful engagements between like-minded residents
  • Liaise with residents to develop activities and engagements that meet their needs
  • Engage with residents' families to encourage visitation and socialisation
  • Demonstrate Person Centred Care principles approach
