We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Gold Coast North. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected with their community.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a sense of relief and comfort.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia, requiring specialized support and attention.

Requirements
  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
  • You should be able to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and knowing when to ask for help.
  • You should be available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
