AMA Group Australia is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a crucial member of our finance team, you will be responsible for reconciling supplier statements, processing and paying purchase invoices, and addressing accounts payable queries and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process and pay purchase invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Investigate and resolve accounts payable queries and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Over 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of reconciliations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The capability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
