This role requires an individual who demonstrates sound judgement, intelligence and commonsense to research and analyze information and make recommendations based on evidence.

  • Demonstrate self-awareness and a commitment to personal development by seeking feedback from others, communicating areas of strength and working with a supervisor to identify development needs

The ideal candidate will have the capacity to recognize and articulate the interests of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and have the ability to consult and negotiate according to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander protocols. They will also have a thorough understanding of the issues that impact on both cultures in contemporary society.

At least one referee should have a thorough knowledge of your work over the past two years as your manager or supervisor.

This position involves working collaboratively with various stakeholders, including community members, colleagues and external partners. You will be required to communicate effectively, build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
