CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a hybrid position that involves liaising directly with customers to ensure their products are ready for pick-up and loading on-time, every time.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to provide solutions to enhance the customer's experience and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Greet and serve customers in our 'pick up' area, ensuring that orders are ready for collection.
  • Liaise with other internal and external stakeholders to efficiently and effectively resolve any concerns raised by the customer.
  • Load customer vehicles via forklift according to safety guidelines.
  • Move stock and finished goods around the store and surrounding environment safely.
  • Picking, packing and scanning stock ready for pick-up.
  • Assist retail team with in-store duties as required.
  • General housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy work environment.
  • Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience within customer service/inventory management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as autonomously.
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
