Program OverviewThis exciting opportunity will see you at the forefront of clinical innovation, working closely with healthcare professionals to review and report falls data, providing expert advice and guidance to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive falls prevention strategies across various clinical teams
- Collaborate with Nurse Unit Managers and Safer Care Consultants to analyze falls related data and inform quality improvement initiatives
- Facilitate staff training and education programs to promote best practice in falls prevention
We are seeking a registered nurse or allied health professional with:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a clinical role with exposure to falls prevention and management
- Strong skills in staff training, data interpretation, and quality improvement work
- Experience in acute or subacute inpatient services
