Refrigeration Technician Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled refrigeration technician to perform repairs and maintenance on our refrigeration systems in a friendly and professional manner.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in mechanical and electrical work, as well as excellent customer relations skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    • Diagnose and repair problems with refrigeration equipment, including ice makers, fountain machines, coffee machines, heating and cooling equipment, and donut-making equipment.
    • Replace defective parts and ensure safety compliance.
    • Maintain proper stock of parts, tools, and safety equipment.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in refrigeration diagnosis and repair.
  • Technical education in refrigeration trade school or certification preferred.
  • Must possess 608 certifications in refrigeration recovery.
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter attitude, able to complete tasks promptly.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including diagnosing malfunctions.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
