We are seeking a meticulous and proactive finance professional to join our dynamic school community as a day-to-day financial operations manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, where each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the execution of all day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and payroll processing.
  • Supervise and maintain financial systems, registers, and ensure timely payment and recovery of accounts.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the administration team, including reception, student services, human resources, staff onboarding, timesheets, and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with facilities management to coordinate minor works projects, safety compliance, stocktakes, contractor liaison, and other related tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You are a results-driven, reliable and resourceful individual with:
  • Demonstrated experience in finance, accounting or business administration.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with colleagues, contractors and the wider community.
  • Proficiency in using financial software, particularly OneSchool and Agresso.
