An opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly motivated Full time **Finance Officer** to join our Finance team and take ownership of our Accounts Receivable (AR) function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer will assist with day-to day AR duties along with some general AP functions.

**About the Role**

As our Finance Officer, you will work in a small and dedicated Finance team based at the NTAQ Head Office at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. As a highly detailed person, you will lead the Accounts Receivable function and ensure proper record management, accurate data entry and reconciliations for amounts due to NTAQ and ensure timeliness of all charges and debits to the various accounts.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role and be confident in performing financial duties and a high volume of data entry. Other skills and attributes we are looking for include:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and absolute discretion with sensitive information
- Rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail
- Be productive and possess a strong sense of initiative.
- Cooperative team player and willing to assist the team when required.
- Independent and can work autonomously but will seek direction when required.
- Experience with Netsuite ERP is highly regarded
