About the Role

This position supports the Retail Manager, Australia in executing the Food & Beverage components of the Entertainment Annual Plan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the Food & Beverage department, including promotions and supply chain management for Parlour Lane products.
  • Supporting Australian cinema teams in their day-to-day food and beverage operations.
  • Managing Food & Beverage Promotions, Gold Class Promotions, Sustainability, and Database Management.
  • Coordinating Parlour Lane new product development and supply chain management.
  • Maintaining compliance and providing Cinema & HQ Support.

KPIs

The following Key Performance Indicators will be used to measure success:

  • On-time in-market promotions.
  • Demonstrated contribution from promotional activities towards overall retail profit growth targets.
  • High in-Cinema compliance of promotional activity.
  • High level of accuracy in all database maintenance tasks.
  • On-time completion of assigned database tasks.
