Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ANZ Retail Marketing Executive to join our team at NBCUniversal. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing plans across ANZ, leveraging the richness of NBCUniversal's entertainment content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and drive relationships with marketing and buyers across ANZ to create programs that drive product placement and sell-through for designated retail partners.
  • Develop and execute sales-driving retail marketing programs in line with brand guidelines and individual retailer expectations.
  • Proactively identify new retail accounts to pitch and secure, and develop cross-promotions with other Universal divisions.
  • Manage execution and account management of assigned marketing partnerships with retail accounts, including in-store marketing, promotions, sweepstakes, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Approve all retail marketing submissions for designated retailers and provide comprehensive marketing program recaps and post-analysis.
Requirements
  • Strong marketing experience with extensive experience in retail/trade marketing, promotions, or packaged goods.
  • Deep knowledge of retail business, including retail marketing tactics, promotional partners, and consumer products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and delivering growth, with a results-driven mindset and solid analytical and financial skills.
