Site Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee site operations and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobilize site activities with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely execution of schedules.
  • Manage on-site administration, organization, and resource allocation with attention to detail, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Provide strategic guidance on installation activities, coordinating project timelines to meet set standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) policies, protecting people and the environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive site inductions for all personnel, facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
  • Lead site meetings and foster effective collaboration among team members, promoting open communication.
  • Establish and maintain robust site reporting practices, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor progress and collect accurate data reports, informing decision-making and driving informed business decisions.
  • Promote cost-effective and efficient construction strategies, minimizing waste and maximizing ROI.
  • Oversee site budgets and manage costs, ensuring alignment with allocated resources.
  • Participate in subcontracting and local procurement activities, supporting suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure quality control and minimize risks throughout site execution, maintaining a reputation for excellence.
  • Coordinate site demobilization, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and deliver outstanding results.
  • Facilitate final handover of projects to customers, ensuring seamless transitions and satisfied clients.
Requirements:

Successful candidates will possess strong organizational skills, extensive experience in site management, preferably in marine or energy projects, and understand local regulations and safety standards.

They must be proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement is also essential.
