Production Specialist Job Description

As a Production Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless process operation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective technical support to clients, resolving their issues directly or through efficient escalation.

The key tasks involved in this role include:

  • Managing transactions according to required quality standards.
  • Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.
  • Documenting all pertinent end-user identification information.
  • Updating own availability in the system.
  • Recording, tracking, and documenting all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and resolutions.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Following standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries.
  • Resolving client queries as per the SLA's defined in the contract.
  • Accessing and maintaining internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions.
  • Identifying and learning appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining and updating self-help documents for customers to speed up resolution time.
