About This Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to collaborate with technical teams to develop high-quality, compelling, and compliant proposals across various markets. You'll be an integral member of our proposal hub, focusing on bids and proposals in a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with technical, client, and markets teams to develop winning bid strategies and proposals.
  • Driving proposal development, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Leading and facilitating bid workshops, reviews, and managing bid action plans.
  • Highlighting the company's difference and challenging bid teams to develop compelling proposals.
  • Working across the entire project lifecycle from opportunity through to proposal and post-submission activities.
What We're Looking For:
  • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional services, construction, or property industries.
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across an organization.
  • A proactive, organized, and outcomes-oriented approach, with exceptional people and relationship skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Adobe Creative Suite also desirable.
