Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in developing and managing our performance reporting framework. This role involves turning data into actionable insights, partnering with internal teams and clients to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics, performance reporting or a similar field, proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView, strong skills in SQL, Excel and data visualisation, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Designing and evolving reporting frameworks, dashboards and performance metrics
  • Analysing operational data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Creating client-facing reports that clearly demonstrate results and improvement initiatives
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects and change management
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets business needs and drives value
  • Leveraging BI tools, automation and data visualisation to streamline reporting processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
