Avivo partners with individuals and families to provide the support they need. Whether it's dealing with disabilities, aging, or mental health, our mission is to help people live their best lives and stay connected with their communities.

We offer permanent part-time contracts with a minimum of 10 guaranteed hours per fortnight, increasing as we build your roster.

What You'll Do">
  1. Domestic Assistance: housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, personal administration (e.g. shopping, banking, paying bills)
  2. Support customers with personal care, such as bathing, toileting, grooming and hoisting
  3. Support customers stay connected to their communities
  4. Find creative solutions to challenges

We provide on-the-job training and buddy shifts to help you develop all the skills you need.

What We Need">
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • A NDIS Worker Screening check
  • A positive attitude and creative thinking
  • Flexibility to work different shifts
  • Experience helping individuals and families
  • Qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
