About the Role
MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a Security Presence Officer to join their team in the Central Business District.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a security presence while remaining alert and focused. They will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team, providing exceptional customer service to all customers and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders. This role is situated in the Central Business District of Perth, with shifts typically starting from 0900 to 1500, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries and directions
- Perform screening of all personnel entering premises
- Respond to first aid and emergency queries as required
- Escort individuals to the floors
- Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full WA driver's license
- Australian citizen
Australian citizen and holding a Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license are requirements for this role.
