About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Security Operator to join our team in Perth's CBD. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing a visible security presence while maintaining a high level of alertness and focus. Your primary duties will include greeting and directing tenants, contractors, and members of the public, monitoring CCTV footage to detect any signs of a security breach, and responding to critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct tenants, contractors, and members of the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor CCTV footage to ensure asset protection and detect any signs of a security breach.
  • Respond promptly to critical incidents and prepare written reports as required.
  • Interact with key stakeholders, including clients and building management, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with administration tasks when the site manager is off duty, as delegated by the role.
  • Ensure that contractors conduct works onsite follow appropriate sign-in procedures, work permits, and site inductions.

Requirements

  • Certificate II in Security Operations and a valid WA security license.
  • First Aid certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior concierge security experience and control room experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the security industry.
  • Able to work autonomously without supervision.
  • Full WA driver's license.
