About the Role

The Security Officer will provide a security presence, remain alert and focused, and provide exceptional customer service to all our customers. You will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team. This role is situated in Kwinana and Perth CBD. Full-time shifts usually span from 0600 to 1800, operating on a 4/4 roster. The full-time annual rate ranges from $72,000 to $75,000, varying based on overtime and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain focus and observe activities associated with asset protection
  • Perform screening of all personnel entering premises
  • Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Enforce rules and bi-laws, including moving people on where necessary
  • Perform incident reports and record occurrences where required

Requirements

  • Hold a current NV1 clearance
  • Be an Australian citizen
  • Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Current WA driver's license (C-class is preferred)
