About the Role
The Assistant Director, Learning and Capability is a pivotal position that oversees the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our learning and capability programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise to develop, deliver, and enhance our learning and capability programs.
  • Maintain and implement our comprehensive capability framework.
  • Design and execute a skills taxonomy aligned with our job family framework.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a fast-paced, large complex people-centred organisation.
  • Expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model and how to operationalise it in a hybrid learning environment.
