
Driving Organizational Growth through Effective Learning and Capability Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our learning and capability programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive reviews of our agency's capability framework, aligning it with our Learning Management System and performance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strategic Frameworks: Lead the development of strategic frameworks that support our organization's growth and development goals.
- Lead Learning Programs: Develop, deliver, and continually improve our learning and capability programs to drive growth and development across the organization.
- Maintain Capability Framework: Ensure the alignment of our ACCC Capability Framework with our strategic plan and maintain its implementation effectively.
- Design Skills Taxonomy: Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to our job family framework to support employee growth and development.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a fast-paced, complex people-centred organization.
- Expertise in Learning Strategy: Demonstrated expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Learning Systems Management: Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
- Performance Frameworks: Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model.
