Project Manager Job DescriptionJob Description:

The primary objective of this role is to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This involves overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Project Management, Construction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience;
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in construction/facility projects of similar size, scope, and complexity;
  • 5+ years' experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers, and subcontractors;
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-million dollar project portfolios and balancing resources while maintaining cost and schedules;
  • Demonstrated experience working in 24x7 operational environments requiring close coordination with mission operations;
  • Demonstrated ability in timely proposal preparation and cost estimation;
  • Desirable: Experience working in remote locations and possessing TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (for US citizens) or Australian TS/PV clearance.
