About the Role

The Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitator (CQIF) plays a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare systems, processes, and outcomes across all Congress services and programs, including regional and town-based services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge and support in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives
  • Collaborate with Communicare Administration, Accreditation, Risk Management, Policies and Procedures, National, NT, and Organisation KPI reporting
  • Develop and implement operational plans, identified CQI projects, and monitoring and evaluation plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement strategies
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in quality improvement initiatives
