Position Overview

The Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitator (CQIF) plays a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare systems, processes, and outcomes across all services and programs provided by Central Australian Aboriginal Congress, including both regional and urban facilities.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $115,459 - $123,981
  • Total Effective Package: $139,620 - $150,891 (per annum)*
  • Contract Type: 2x Full-Time or Part-Time Continuous Contracts Available

Key Responsibilities

The CQIF is responsible for:

  • Providing expertise in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) related to Communicare Administration, Accreditation, and Risk Management.
  • Developing and maintaining Policies and Procedures.
  • Reporting on National, NT, and Organisation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Engaging in operational planning and executing identified CQI projects.
  • Creating and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans.
