The Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitator (CQIF) plays a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare systems, processes, and outcomes across all services and programs provided by Central Australian Aboriginal Congress, including both regional and urban facilities.
Compensation and Benefits- Base Salary: $115,459 - $123,981
- Total Effective Package: $139,620 - $150,891 (per annum)*
- Contract Type: 2x Full-Time or Part-Time Continuous Contracts Available

The CQIF is responsible for:
- Providing expertise in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) related to Communicare Administration, Accreditation, and Risk Management.
- Developing and maintaining Policies and Procedures.
- Reporting on National, NT, and Organisation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Engaging in operational planning and executing identified CQI projects.
- Creating and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans.

*The total effective package encompasses base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax savings from salary packaging options. Part-time hours are negotiable.
