Job Description

As a Business Development Manager - Lending, you will play a key role in driving growth and revenue for our organization by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the lending industry.

This involves:

  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve targeted sales and revenue goals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with lenders, brokers, and other industry partners.
  • Providing expert advice and support to customers on lending products and services.

You will also be responsible for managing and analysing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and making recommendations to senior management on how to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Management) or Diploma in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Management).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in lending, underwriting, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
