About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to partner with our customers in delivering their proprietary home lending needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of identifying and meeting customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Grow the consumer lending book by identifying and meeting customers' needs and maximising customer retention
  • Determine customers' goals and aspirations through quality conversations and deepening customer relationships at every interaction
  • Unlock new home lending opportunities by identifying possibilities within existing portfolios, working with aligned professionals to generate new referrals
