Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Career Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and ambitious team. You will be responsible for assisting with leasing and property management of units, checking in and out of residents, conducting pre and post occupancy inspections, and providing general administration support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with leasing and property management of units
- Check in and out of residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy
- Conduct pre and post occupancy inspections and periodic room inspections
- Provide general administration support such as telephone answering, mail, and filing
