Collaboration and transparency are at the heart of how we work, and we're now looking for a motivated Development Coordinator to support our team across all stages of the development lifecycle.

Role Overview

As a Development Coordinator, you will support the Project Directors, Development Managers and Directors in the end-to-end delivery of property development and asset management projects. This is an ideal entry level opportunity for a motivated candidate eager to learn the ropes of property development in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with contractors to resolve incomplete works, manage minor new works, and rectify defects on recently completed projects and assets

  • Coordinate and track DA (Development Application) submissions and approvals

  • Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors to gather documentation, fee proposals and maintain project timelines

  • Support multiple projects and Senior Development Managers concurrently

  • Assist with the preparation of Government Tenders, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and similar procurement processes

  • Help prepare project reports, presentations and internal communications

  • Conduct site walks with site teams and supervisors to monitor construction progress and quality

  • Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Support in project budgeting, tender processes, and procurement administration

  • Prepare meeting agendas, and record and distribute meeting minutes

  • Perform general administrative duties to support the development team

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Property, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (recent graduates or those nearing completion encouraged to apply)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Basic understanding of development and construction processes is desirable

  • Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

  • Full Drivers Licence
