Real Estate Office Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic real estate environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire customer journey, from marketing and administrative requirements to ensuring the Residential Sales Agents, Associate Agents, and Property Managers have the necessary support. This includes tasks such as property brochure preparation, online listings management, and data entry in the CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Support: Prepare property brochures and flyers, manage online listings, and coordinate photography and other in-house marketing activities.
  • Administration and Customer Service: Provide administrative support to Real Estate Agents, including documentation preparation, solicitor, exchange, and settlement follow-up. Meet and greet clients, manage enquiries, and attend to incoming calls and emails.
About You
  • Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, advanced computer skills (basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva are highly regarded), 1-2 years administration support experience (in Real Estate is highly regarded), and previous experience in social media and digital marketing within a Real Estate environment is highly regarded.
