Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced retail manager to lead our team at Hairhouse Cairns Central. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day store operations, and meeting compliance requirements. Additionally, you will drive sales growth, ensure the store is well-presented, clean and stocked appropriately, and cultivate a strong, supportive and inclusive culture with your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the business, including retail, salon, and piercing.

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, meet compliance requirements, and ensure the store is well-presented, clean and always stocked appropriately.

  • Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and increase revenue.

  • Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and drive successful marketing campaigns.

  • Cultivate a strong, supportive and inclusive culture with your team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3 years' retail management experience, preferably in the hair and beauty industry.

  • A Hairdressing qualification.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong people management skills.

  • The ability to guide a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.

  • A passion for hair and beauty (any experience is a plus).
