Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced retail manager to lead our team at Hairhouse Cairns Central. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day store operations, and meeting compliance requirements. Additionally, you will drive sales growth, ensure the store is well-presented, clean and stocked appropriately, and cultivate a strong, supportive and inclusive culture with your team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the business, including retail, salon, and piercing.
Manage day-to-day store operations, meet compliance requirements, and ensure the store is well-presented, clean and always stocked appropriately.
Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and drive successful marketing campaigns.
Cultivate a strong, supportive and inclusive culture with your team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A minimum 3 years' retail management experience, preferably in the hair and beauty industry.
A Hairdressing qualification.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong people management skills.
The ability to guide a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
A passion for hair and beauty (any experience is a plus).
