Youth Mental Health Practitioner

This role involves providing mental health support services to at-risk children, young people, and their families.
The overall goal is to reduce the risk of reoffending in the context of mental illness through consultation and collaboration with other service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide social, emotional, and/or mental health care to clients who are part of a multidisciplinary environment.
- Contribute to enhancing the provision of mental health assessments and interventions.
- Maintain accurate case notes, documentation, and reports in compliance with organisational policies.
- Recognised tertiary level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience working in the mental health sector and/or with young people.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Ability to work full-time.
