About the Position:

A seasoned IT professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality results will thrive in this role. You will work with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, cybersecurity tools, and backup solutions. Relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and networking issues to minimize client disruption.
  • Manage MSP tasks, including server maintenance, network configurations, and cybersecurity measures to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Perform complex break/fix repairs, including data recovery and system optimizations to drive business success.
  • Support clients with cloud solutions and virtualization to enhance their IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP or break/fix environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and backup solutions.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
