Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to lead the development of our team members and drive quality improvement initiatives in subacute aged care settings.
About the Role
This position is ideal for an advanced practitioner with demonstrated expertise in clinical supervision, service evaluation, and geriatric care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical development of team members and supervise junior staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experience in subacute aged care settings.
- Deliver expert, person-centred care to older adults with complex health needs, promoting independence and well-being.
- Contribute to the development of clinical practice and service evaluation to inform best practice in aged care.
Requirements
- Physiotherapist Level 3 (Grade: Physiotherapist Level 3).
- Advanced experience in geriatric care and aged care settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical supervision, service evaluation, and advanced practice within aged care or geriatric care.
