Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to provide account management services for allocated global accounts within the multinational portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to manage administrative activities related to global programmes
  • Preparing timely instructions for internal teams to ensure premiums are debited and policies are issued promptly
  • Resolving accounting and processing issues through effective communication with Credit Control and other departments
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their brokers as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters concerning their accounts
Key Responsibilities
  • Guiding and supporting colleagues in account handling activities
  • Supporting business development activities and client relationship activities
  • Account handling and supporting Global Client Executives and Underwriters on relevant accounts and activities
  • Ensuring renewal terms are obtained from Controlling Underwriters and information passed to and agreed with the local Client/Broker as necessary
  • Communicating effectively with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties
  • Working within the framework of our company's ethical and service standards
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years prior experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry across all commercial lines
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to interpret information and strong problem-solving skills
  • Presentation and Training Skills – Internal/External
  • Effective written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
