**AHCRS Crisis Support Specialist**
DescriptionThis role offers a unique opportunity to provide critical support to individuals facing unexpected crises. As an AHCRS Crisis Support Specialist, you will coordinate emergency interventions and work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate crisis support for NDIS participants in Australia
- Promote the AHCRS program across multiple jurisdictions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and disability service providers
You will be responsible for:
- Jumping into action during crisis calls to provide timely support
- Developing and implementing effective crisis response strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of crisis incidents and outcomes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in service coordination or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
