Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to lead our merchant solutions team. As a key member of our Global Business Solutions division, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of customer care for our point of sale (POS) solutions.

You will lead the full lifecycle of the product, drive execution collaboration with designers, engineers and other product managers. You will also collaborate with customer experience and support teams to gain insights about product usage and adoption to define enhancements. Your thought leadership and excellence in the sales and delivery of products will ensure best practice experiences from other markets around the world are implemented to deliver market-leading experiences for Australian merchants.

The role involves defining the service model in conjunction with other key stakeholders including product to ensure the experience we deliver is best in market. You will also lead a team, set direction and oversee:
