Job Description:

As a key member of the fraud intelligence and investigations branch, you will play a critical role in detecting and responding to internal and external payment fraud.

  • Demonstrated investigative experience: Utilise your government investigations certification to conduct complex and sensitive criminal investigation activities.
  • Analytical skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse complex data to identify fraudulent patterns.
  • Investigative acumen: Experience in conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, preparing affidavits, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Understanding of fraud control: Familiarity with fraud control frameworks and strategies.
  • Search warrant assistance: Willingness to assist with executing search warrants, which may involve domestic travel, overnight stays, and extended hours.
