Job Title: Integrated Marketing Lead

This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned marketer to drive local marketing strategies in Australia, capitalizing on industry trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in integrated B2B marketing and digital marketing, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A key aspect of this position is the development and delivery of local marketing initiatives that support revenue goals and brand visibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring impact, identifying areas for improvement, and developing learning agendas.

In addition to these responsibilities, the individual will act as a people manager for local Marketing Specialists, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure global programs resonate locally and meet local sales and marketing needs.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in integrated B2B marketing and/or digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to balance multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow and develop within the field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest (prior experience a plus).
  • Sound analytical skills, with the ability to learn how to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience.
Benefits:
