About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Infosys Consulting. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project managers and teams in delivering high-quality projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing project-related materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination across projects.
  • Assist in forecasting and financial reporting, developing project budgets, and tracking expenses.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in coordinating and supporting teams for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to develop quick videos using tools like Camtasia or similar software.
