**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage scheduling, data entry, filing, and general office support to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Coordinate quote requests, job scheduling, send invoices, and assist with payment tracking.
- Ensure the office is organised, stocked, and ready for a productive day.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised and efficient with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using office software like Microsoft Office and Xero.
- Previous experience in administration or a similar role is ideal, but we are happy to train the right person.
